For this fun card, I arranged the sprinkles and polka dot DSP with a 1/4" strip to So Saffron cardstock onto my white card base. I then cut out some cute ice cream scoops and a cone out of the designer series papers. Then I assembled my ice cream cone. If fussy cutting is not your thing, there's a punch available to make it easier to cut out the cones and scoops consistently each time. I'll have it listed in the supplies below.
