These fun, bring cards are perfect for any occasion and what's great is they're easy to make using the Pattern Party Host (#155426) designer series paper or any similar fun paper. As of this post, the Sunshine and Rainbows paper pack (#158126), available for FREE with any $50 purchase through February 28th, is a great alternative.
Cards 1& 2 Happy Birthday Cards:
Card 1: HAPPY BIRTHDAY
Here, I used the BIRTHDAY stamp from the Biggest Wish stamp set (#155052) in Granny Apple Green ink to stamp on white cardstock. Then, I silver embossed the happy on top. I used one of dies from the Stitched Rectangle Dies (#151820) to cut the stitched rectangle out. This set of dies is one of my most must versatile sets and I use it to make more than just rectangles!
Card 2: HAPPY BIRTHDAY with Vellum
Step up Card 1 by adding a layer of vellum to it. Instead of embossing directly on the BIRTHDAY, I embossed on a sheet of vellum which I then folded over the BIRTHDAY and attached to the back.
Card 3: XOXO
This card is simply made by adding die cut XOXO to it. I used the Playful Alphabet Dies (#152706) to cut out the letters. Then, I simply attached then to the front!
Card 4: XOXO Shaker Card
This card is probably the most involved of the four and for those who aren't "shaken" by the thought of making shaker cards. Making it is actually is easier than it looks. Simply cut out the XOXO (save the centers of the O's) and using adhesive foam strips (#141825) to create a cavity to put the confetti inside.
